Immersion in the "West Africa Network for the protection of children"

Geneva, June 14 - The Swiss Foundation of ISS has produced a short film - "The Frontiers of Childhood" - which outlines one of its key programs: the "West Africa Network for the protection of children "(WAN). This hard-hitting 26 minutes film offers an in-depth look at WAN activities, by following the reintegration of several young people in their country of origin.

Thanks to this film, directed by Thomas Queille, the viewer can better understand the actions of the WAN, and its partners in different West Africa countries and their involvement in the creation of standards for the protection, social and professional reintegration of vulnerable children back into their homes.

This film has received financial support from the Canton of Geneva.

You can order the DVD (incl. English, French, German and Portuguese) from the SSI or view directly on the Internet.
