Goal: To transfer the CLIP model developed in Bulgaria to help young Ukrainians deprived of parental care and leaving care institutions

Benefitting from the programme are:

• Young people without parental care and who grew up in care institutions, educators, teachers, social workers, psychologists
• 5 care institutions
• 3 municipalities
